Lead end-to-end client implementation projects for a financial market infrastructure provider: configure no-code integrations, manage test and production data, run client testing, manage go-live and handover, document change and risks, and identify AI/automation improvements.

Own and run the firm's information barriers programme across hedge fund and broker-dealer entities. Administer electronic and physical IB controls (AD, Unix groups, JIRA, SharePoint, badge access), investigate daily exceptions, manage entitlements, review software requests, perform audits and testing, track workstreams in JIRA, and coordinate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to maintain fit-for-purpose controls.

Perform daily trade surveillance and investigations across asset classes, triage alerts, refine scenarios and thresholds, support data transformation and automation projects, collaborate with technology on data feeds and UAT, and handle regulatory and audit requests to improve surveillance framework and alert quality.

Operate and own an established access governance programme across two related entities. Administer and test entitlements (AD, Unix, JIRA, SharePoint, service accounts), manage physical access, review transfers and software requests, monitor exception reports, coordinate rollouts, maintain shared resource tracking, audit controls, and report via JIRA to senior leadership while liaising with engineering, security, and business stakeholders.
