Owns late-stage commercial roofing sales execution after qualified leads enter Salesforce. Coordinates bids, quotes, buying agreements, field representatives, contractors, and estimating teams; monitors pipeline progress; conducts win/loss analysis; maintains CRM accuracy; provides competitive insights; and supports sales enablement, coaching, and regional revenue growth.

Leads multi-plant asphalt process excellence across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Drives standardization, continuous improvement, cost reduction, troubleshooting, safety initiatives, quality improvements, technology adoption, and change management. Uses process improvement and analytical tools including SPC, root cause analysis, Lean, DOE, and data analytics. Manages and mentors technical teams, collaborates with corporate and plant stakeholders, and supports process and equipment standards across oxidation facilities.

Serve as the technical authority for large-scale capital projects, overseeing project execution, design approvals, financial governance (AFCE), portfolio management, risk mitigation, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership. Drive strategic planning, develop business cases for multimillion-dollar investments, ensure adherence to engineering standards, and support continuous improvement and talent development across the engineering network.
