Supports Space Systems Command acquisition reform by assessing organizational structures, manpower requirements, workforce alignment, and UMD accuracy. Advises senior leaders, develops staffing models and organizational change packages, identifies manpower gaps, reconciles workforce data, facilitates working groups, and creates implementation plans, decision briefings, dashboards, and governance procedures. Requires extensive DoD manpower and force-management experience, UMD expertise, knowledge of DAF and USSF policies, an active Top Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship.
