The Director of Business Development for Response Logistics drives new business growth in disaster relief and related services, manages customer relationships, and leads an integrated team to develop strategies and execution plans.

Administers the full lifecycle of primarily U.S. Government subcontracts, including sourcing, solicitations, proposal and cost analysis, negotiation, awards, modifications, performance monitoring, dispute resolution, closeout, and compliance. Ensures adherence to FAR, DFARS, contract flow-downs, company policies, and applicable laws. Maintains audit-ready records, supports CPSR readiness, develops subcontractor relationships, prepares reports, and collaborates with program management, contracts, accounting, quality, operations, and procurement teams.
