The Director of Business Development for Response Logistics drives new business growth in disaster relief and related services, manages customer relationships, and leads an integrated team to develop strategies and execution plans.

Source candidates through databases, professional networks, and social media; conduct screening and structured interviews; evaluate leadership, technical, and operational qualifications; onboard new hires; and apply compliant recruiting best practices. The role requires independent work, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, a bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of recruiting experience.

Supports project leadership and employees across HR operations, employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, records management, compliance, payroll coordination, and exit meetings. Advises management on employment-law requirements, maintains confidential personnel information, resolves employee concerns, and recommends HR solutions. The role is primarily remote in Texas but requires travel as needed and schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Supervise and manage onsite guard force in Iraq: ensure posts are staffed, enforce post and general orders, monitor guard performance, oversee access control, force protection, and physical security. Complete required medical/psychological screenings and paid pre-deployment training.
