Originate, structure, and close institutional borrow relationships across collateralized lending, structured credit, and liquidity products. Build and operate a borrower pipeline, negotiate term sheets, manage KYC/onboarding, and maintain/expand an owned book. Work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Product, Strategy, and Engineering to operationalize on-chain borrow products and produce reusable playbooks and terms guidance.

Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on GCP: own CI/CD, Terraform modules, Kubernetes/Helm deployments, observability consolidation, resilience and security improvements, and automate routine ops with AI agents while supporting application teams and SOC 2 readiness.

Own and build on-chain credit risk: define underwriting standards, design PD/LGD and stress models, run due diligence, set product guardrails, partner on structuring, monitor portfolios, and embed on-chain risk controls.

The Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and close engineering talent in crypto, enhancing candidate experience and aligning with hiring needs.

Support month-end close, prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; manage AP/AR, invoicing, collections, and corporate card/expense processes (Ramp); prepare financial statement packages, audit and tax support; maintain controls and improve accounting processes.

Own month-end close, financial reporting, revenue and expense accounting, and audit readiness. Support digital asset/on-chain accounting, improve processes and controls, review junior staff work, and partner cross-functionally to scale accounting operations in a fast-growing crypto-native company.
