Design, implement, deploy, and operate on-chain vault strategies end-to-end: research, backtesting, execution, risk controls, integrations with protocols/chains, monitoring, and on-call production ownership.

Own and build on-chain credit risk: define underwriting standards, design PD/LGD and stress models, run due diligence, set product guardrails, partner on structuring, monitor portfolios, and embed on-chain risk controls.

Own end-to-end origination, structuring, negotiation, and activation of high-value Earn partnerships for Gauntlet's vault products. Source greenfield opportunities, manage pipeline and CRM hygiene, drive partner activation post-signature, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Data Science/Finance, and represent Gauntlet at industry events to hit quota.

The Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and close engineering talent in crypto, enhancing candidate experience and aligning with hiring needs.

Lead and build Gauntlet's compliance function: design policies, controls, monitoring, and reporting; support regulatory registrations and examinations; integrate compliance into Product, Engineering, Finance, and commercial workflows; use automation/AI to scale monitoring; advise across financial crime, securities, privacy, anti-corruption, employment, and marketing.

Lead product marketing and communications for institutional onchain vault products: own positioning, launch execution, sales enablement, website/product pages, and launch comms. Collaborate closely with product and BD, translate technical work into buyer-ready materials, and maintain feedback loops with BD and partners.

Originate, structure, and close institutional borrow relationships across collateralized lending, structured credit, and liquidity products. Build and operate a borrower pipeline, negotiate term sheets, manage KYC/onboarding, and maintain/expand an owned book. Work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Product, Strategy, and Engineering to operationalize on-chain borrow products and produce reusable playbooks and terms guidance.
