As a Software Engineer, you will lead the rearchitecture of Rolodex, optimize data performance, enhance developer experience, and automate cloud infrastructure.

Lead and execute US government and commercial contracting: draft proposals, negotiate contracts, advise on pricing and risk, support acquisition lifecycle, conduct market analysis, train internal teams, and partner cross-functionally to enable compliant, timely deployment of Gecko technology.

Design end-to-end product experiences at the intersection of manufacturing, robotics, and physical AI. Conduct field research at customer plants, translate insights into scalable product concepts, prototype solutions (including code), collaborate with engineers and strategists, and iterate based on real-world use to improve workflows, throughput, and safety.

The Deployment Lead manages high-impact customer deployments, collaborates with product strategists, engages stakeholders, drives execution, and ensures Cantilever delivers business outcomes.

The Forward Deployed Engineer solves problems for customers, creates solutions, and drives impact through innovative approaches in a collaborative environment. They require strong technical knowledge and a focus on growth and problem-solving.
