Owns discovery, learning outcomes, curriculum development, project timelines, stakeholder and SME coordination, instructor enablement, quality assurance, and productization. Creates hands-on activities, labs, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, and workplace applications, including AI-enabled learning experiences. Collaborates with product, client-facing, delivery, and vendor teams while using learning science, accessibility, and adult learning principles.

Leads the design, development, contextualization, and productization of instructor-led learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. Owns client discovery, learning outcomes, project timelines, stakeholder coordination, curriculum quality, instructor enablement, and continuous improvement. Designs practical activities, labs, simulations, assessments, and workplace applications involving AI and emerging technologies. Collaborates with SMEs, instructors, product teams, vendors, and clients to create scalable, accessible, outcome-driven learning experiences.

Drive enterprise revenue growth through new business development, strategic territory and account planning, complex sales cycles, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and executive relationship management. Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to close deals, maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, and provide customer-informed product input.

Responsibilities include client discovery, learning outcomes, curriculum and activity development, AI-enabled learning experiences, facilitator and learner materials, stakeholder and vendor coordination, instructor enablement, quality assurance, program timelines, and productization of reusable learning components. The role requires applying adult learning principles, translating complex technical concepts, using workplace AI tools, and adapting programs to client and learner needs.

Lead design and development of instructor-led and virtual instructor-led programs, including AI-enabled learning. Own client-facing discovery, outcomes, materials, assessments, instructor enablement, project management, and productization of reusable learning components across enterprise audiences.

Drive enterprise revenue growth through new business development, strategic account planning, executive relationship management, complex RFPs, proposals, contract negotiations, and lengthy sales cycles. Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy in Salesforce, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams, and provide input shaping the product roadmap. The role is U.S. remote with 25% travel for events.
