Provides advanced Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, cloud systems, and endpoint security. Escalates complex issues, administers enterprise systems, investigates security alerts, maintains documentation and IT assets, supports infrastructure upgrades and new-site deployments, and coordinates with vendors. The role is primarily based in Brooklyn with travel to other New York campuses and occasional after-hours support.

Supports teachers in educating students with autism and academic, behavioral, or social deficits. Duties include adapting lessons, implementing IEPs and behavior plans, recording progress, administering assessments, collaborating with therapists and specialists, promoting safety and social development, and assisting with personal care, meals, classroom organization, and behavioral escalations. The role requires participation in training, meetings, school activities, and occasional schedule extensions.

Provides nursing care for students in a Bronx autism school, including assessments, first aid, medication administration, screenings, emergency and individual health plans, confidential records, family communication, referrals, counseling, and collaboration with school staff and healthcare agencies. Requires supporting students with special healthcare needs, responding to safety or behavioral incidents, and occasionally lifting or physically assisting students. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders across multiple school locations. Manage employee relations, investigations, accommodations, terminations, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, retention, engagement, training, and process improvements. Partner with site leadership, ensure consistent HR practices, support employment-law compliance, and promote inclusion, professional development, and organizational growth in a hands-on, multi-site environment.

Monitor and patrol school premises, control building access, maintain visitor records, respond to emergencies, document incidents, support safe student dismissal and transportation transitions, and assist with sensitive situations. The role requires maintaining a visible security presence, securing access points, supporting safety training, and physically assisting or intervening during behavioral escalations when necessary.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders across multiple school locations, with a strong focus on employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and terminations. Manage HRIS, benefits, compliance, retention, engagement, training, and policy programs. Lead process improvements, ensure employment-law compliance, support leadership, and promote an inclusive workplace culture across a multi-site organization.

Monitor and patrol school premises, control building access, issue visitor badges, respond to alarms and emergencies, document incidents, support dismissal and transportation coordination, and maintain a safe environment for students, staff, families, and visitors. The role may involve crisis de-escalation, CPI therapeutic holds, physical intervention, and lifting or guiding students with behavioral or developmental needs.
