Glia Benefits Overview

Owns the full lifecycle of Glia’s ecosystem partnerships, including partner onboarding, commercial agreements, joint go-to-market planning, cross-functional launches, sales enablement, pipeline tracking, and resold-product deal support. The role manages partner relationships, coordinates with Legal, Product, Marketing, and Sales, supports commercial negotiations, and drives partner-led growth. Remote within the US with up to 30% travel.

Oversee multiple client implementation projects from sales handoff through launch. Serve as project manager, technical configuration expert, and consultant while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, testing, risks, and communication. Train client administrators and support operators, communicate business value to executive stakeholders, resolve blockers, and optimize internal processes for scalable service delivery.

Oversee client implementation portfolios from sales handoff through launch. Serve as a project manager, technical consultant, and application configuration expert while coordinating internal and external teams. Build schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs; manage risks and timelines; train client administrators and support operators; demonstrate measurable ROI; and improve internal processes for scalable service delivery.
