As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth from target enterprise accounts, develop expertise in digital transformation, and leverage negotiation skills to secure large contracts.

Drive new revenue from target accounts, nurture leads, and develop expertise in digital transformation and customer experience while securing large contracts.

Lead and unify Design, Content, Web, and Customer Advocacy to define Glias brand strategy and identity. Set creative strategy, manage teams and external agencies, own Glia.com, drive advocacy and measurement, and use data and generative AI to optimize brand campaigns and creative output.

Support sales by performing technical discovery, delivering tailored demos, assisting with proofs of concept and integrations, managing RFP/RFI responses, building demo environments and reusable assets, and collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success under mentorship toward full Sales Engineer ownership.

Drive new enterprise revenue from target accounts and BDR-generated leads for Glia's Banking AI platform. Develop digital transformation expertise, deliver ROI analyses, manage complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, and expand business within top-tier financial institutions.
