Supports finance operations through month-end close activities, bank reconciliations, journal entries, cash receipt documentation, variance analysis, budgeting, audits, and nonprofit tax filing preparation. Ensures financial transactions and reports are accurate, compliant, and timely while collaborating with finance staff and managing multiple priorities.

Leads the Human Resources function as deputy to the CHRO, overseeing HR operations, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, development, compensation, benefits, engagement, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Advises executives, manages complex employee matters, drives organizational change, develops scalable people practices, and leads the HR team while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.

Own Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, technical roadmaps, data models, security, automation, integrations, governance, and solution design across CRM, service delivery, production, inventory, and delivery workflows. Supervise the Salesforce Administrator, guide vendors and consultants, ensure HIPAA-aligned compliance, and translate organizational needs into scalable technical solutions.
