Support community-based employment, document progress, maintain schedules, and occasionally transport clients. Part-time role requiring flexibility to work during clients' work hours.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to children, teens, or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and the community. Help clients build life skills, achieve personal goals, encourage community involvement, and use positive behavior strategies. Work afternoons, early evenings, and weekends; mileage reimbursed.
