Performs in-store field service visits at grocery locations, troubleshooting digital display issues by checking power and connections, resetting or replacing devices, and coordinating with the operations team by phone. Collects equipment for return shipment and provides site updates. Requires local travel between worksites, a reliable insured vehicle, basic laptop or tablet skills, and comfort using hand tools.
