Develops and executes firmwide internal communications strategy, campaigns, content, and channel management. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate strategic priorities, organizational changes, and cultural initiatives. Creates executive messages, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, FAQs, and communication toolkits; manages editorial standards, calendars, governance, and publishing workflows. Uses engagement data and employee feedback to improve communications while supporting leaders across a complex professional-services organization.

Support the Culture & Inclusion function by coordinating programs, affinity group activities, events, communications, logistics, and data tracking. Manage calendars, budgets, vendor invoices, participation metrics, and on-site event support. Draft internal communications, maintain membership lists and Teams channels, assist surveys and reporting, and lead assigned projects under the Directors guidance to foster an inclusive workplace.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations, SharePoint Online sites, and AI-driven automation. Build data pipelines (SSIS/SSRS/SQL), Copilot Studio agents, and custom solutions (C#, .NET, PowerShell). Ensure secure Azure-hosted environments, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable workflows.
