Own pre-boarding and onboarding workflows, coordinate orientations, support team member questions, maintain accurate HR system data, produce reports, and assist with process improvements and system implementations. Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management for healthcare technology applications supporting PACE operations. Lead discovery, requirements, vendor relationships, implementations, integrations, go-lives, training, change management, and success measurement across platforms including Talkdesk, Salesforce, and Epic. Partner with clinical, operational, growth, technical, and vendor teams to improve workflows and scale technology across new healthcare centers.

Own the roadmap and delivery of Habitat Health's data products and infrastructure. Serve as the bridge between Product and Data, perform discovery, write technical specs, run sprints, do hands-on SQL/Git validation, design and ship dashboards, triage ad-hoc requests, and use AI tools to accelerate work across platform, integrations, and reporting.
