Leads media relations and strategic communications to increase Hadassah’s U.S. profile. Responsibilities include securing national, local, digital, broadcast, and print coverage; developing releases, op-eds, pitches, media plans, and briefing materials; coordinating interviews and communications across U.S. and Israeli teams; promoting medical research and innovations; maintaining media lists; and supporting reporting, planning, presentations, analysis, and budgeting.

Provides legal and compliance support across regulatory filings, corporate records, tax-exempt and charitable solicitation requirements, trademarks, contracts, insurance matters, and board materials. Conducts legal research, maintains agreement templates and databases, organizes legal documentation, supports government reporting, and assists with departmental initiatives and scheduling. Requires corporate or compliance-focused paralegal experience, certification, and expertise managing corporate books and records.

Provides strategic legal guidance across contracts, compliance, governance, employment, intellectual property, real estate, risk management, and organizational policies. Reviews and negotiates legal documents, conducts legal research, oversees outside counsel, advises staff and volunteers, and delivers legal training. The role supports organizational operations while identifying risks and developing practical, business-oriented solutions.

Leads CRM special projects from discovery through implementation, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders, requirements, and governance. Evaluates Salesforce solutions, improves business processes, supports integrations and data migration, and develops communication, training, adoption, and go-live strategies. Partners with global and domestic business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
