Lead end-to-end planning and execution of national, regional, and local meetings, congresses, exhibits, and internal events. Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, logistics, exhibit design and staffing, PRC compliance reviews, budgets, cross-functional alignment, ROI evaluations, SOPs, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective event delivery.

Manage marketing platforms and the promotional review cycle (PRC) across branded and compounded portfolios. Coordinate, review, and QC promotional materials in Veeva, lead review meetings, ensure regulatory submissions (2253), maintain audit-ready documentation and trademark logs, improve processes/SOPs, train stakeholders, and manage NDCs/labels for compounded products.

Lead design and management of specialty pharmacy, HUB, regional pharmacy, prior authorization, and copay programs to ensure patient access and optimize brand performance across Harrow's ophthalmology portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendors, set KPIs, ensure compliance, and drive communications and operational improvements.

Lead enterprise market access strategy for Harrow’s ophthalmology portfolio and pipeline. Build and manage market access, pricing, contracting, trade/distribution, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement functions. Influence corporate strategy and pipeline decisions, negotiate payer contracts, develop pricing and value strategies, oversee specialty pharmacy and distribution channels, and build a high-performing team to support launches and long-term commercial success.
