Lead origination, structuring, negotiation and execution of behind-the-meter investments in distributed generation, solar, storage, and energy efficiency. Drive full-cycle transactions, perform detailed diligence and advanced financial and tax-equity modeling, coordinate cross-functional partners, present to investment committees, support portfolio and capital markets activities, originate business, and manage and mentor junior team members.

Support origination, structuring, due diligence, and closing of asset-based and structured finance investments (primarily energy efficiency). Build and manage financial and portfolio models, perform credit and contract diligence, coordinate with transaction leads and external stakeholders, support leverage partner and capital markets processes, and collaborate with portfolio management and risk teams on post-close servicing and risk mitigation.
