Partner with senior leadership on HR strategy and programs including performance management, employee relations, succession planning, learning and development, and inclusion. Manage complex employee relations investigations, develop HR policies and process improvements, analyze HR metrics and produce reports, lead HR projects, and perform full-cycle recruiting and compliance tasks (including FLSA testing).

Coordinate all phases of lateral attorney recruiting: screen resumes, liaise with attorney leadership, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews and manage day-of logistics, assist with offers and background/conflict checks, conduct market research, and support Recruiting Director and Managers.

Manage attorney billing across multiple practice areas and offices, including preparing proformas, executing complex bills, issuing invoices, configuring e-billing systems, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring compliance with firm and client requirements. Maintain billing procedures, client and matter setups, rates, discounts, reporting, schedules, and analyses. Communicate with attorneys, clients, paralegals, secretaries, and staff while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
