Supports lateral attorney recruiting in the New York office by maintaining candidate records, preparing recruiting documentation, coordinating interviews and candidate travel, managing communications, tracking evaluations, and supporting background checks, conflicts clearance, and onboarding. The role also assists with recruiting systems, new-hire integration, administrative projects, and recruiting operations coverage while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Manages firm-wide and practice-specific attorney development, training, mentoring, onboarding, staffing, evaluations, and performance programs. Develops curricula, coordinates legal training, oversees evaluation cycles, manages the attorney development budget, supports international office processes, and partners with firm leaders on talent, compliance, and risk matters. Supervises junior team members and builds professional development relationships with attorneys and business stakeholders.
