Lead the architecture, development, security, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of backend services supporting consumer and store associate mobile applications. Collaborate with clients, vendors, product managers, and engineers; oversee coding standards, CI/CD, documentation, incident support, and data deletion workflows. Mentor backend developers, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure scalable, secure, high-quality delivery across mobile backend systems.

Owns the company’s end-to-end growth and revenue function, including funnel modeling, pipeline management, forecasting, demand generation, sales, partnerships, and channel development. The role combines personally driving strategic opportunities with building scalable commercial systems, processes, team capabilities, and operating cadence. Success requires generating predictable revenue growth, improving CRM discipline, coaching commercial teams, and leveraging deep digital commerce expertise.

Own a portfolio of strategic client relationships, driving account growth, retention, renewals, and expansion. Advise senior commerce and retail stakeholders, identify opportunities, lead proposals, manage contracts and scope changes, and coordinate with product and delivery teams. The role requires strong commerce expertise, executive communication, budget awareness, and the ability to translate client goals into deliverable work. This hybrid Brooklyn position includes routine client travel of up to 50%.
