Sell and promote Heartflow's noninvasive FFRCT cardiac analysis within an assigned territory. Build pipeline, prospect and close new accounts, expand usage in existing centers, and cultivate relationships with cardiologists, interventionalists and radiologists. Coordinate cross-functional teams (applications, implementation, billing), use Salesforce to manage opportunities, gather customer feedback to inform product strategy, and achieve sales targets. Home-based role with significant travel (30–50%).

Manage a defined territory to drive adoption and growth of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiac diagnostics. Build relationships with cardiologists and referring physicians, execute business development plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, run education/programs, and meet account-specific growth and quota metrics. Frequent customer-facing work with ~20-25% travel.

Provide technical, front-line customer support and onboarding for Heartflow's web-based medical software. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases and knowledge base, deliver documentation and customer feedback into CRM, assist sales and production, and support account adoption and satisfaction metrics. May require on-call and weekend coverage after training.

The Regional Business Manager will lead and develop a team to drive growth in cardiac diagnostic technology, managing relationships with key physicians and ensuring customer satisfaction.
