Supports the hotel sales team with administrative operations, booking inquiries, client communication, contracts, correspondence, reservations, filing, and document distribution. Acts as a liaison for sales managers, handles VIP reservations, coordinates arrangements across departments, answers calls, maintains records, and provides responsive service to internal and external customers.

Assists the Controller with hotel accounting operations, including night audit verification, city ledger and credit card reconciliation, invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, payment processing, purchase order verification, and financial record maintenance. Ensures accurate coding, billing, collections, documentation, and compliance with hotel procedures and generally accepted accounting principles.
