Manage client and matter data for a law firm, including new matter setup, matter numbering, eBilling configuration, regulatory and billing compliance, record maintenance, and data issue resolution. Support lawyers, assistants, finance, risk, tax, and global intake teams; respond to practice management system inquiries; assist with projects and system enhancements; and identify process improvements while maintaining high accuracy and data quality.

The Conflicts Analyst assesses new business and client instructions for legal and commercial conflicts, conducts database and entity research, analyzes findings under ethical rules, and advises attorneys on conflict resolution. The role supports information barriers, financial crime compliance, audits, regulatory reporting, risk policies, securities dealing requests, and new business intake projects. It requires strong research, analytical, communication, prioritization, accuracy, and commercial awareness skills while collaborating with attorneys, partners, business development, and risk teams.

Supports attorneys in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions by reviewing title commitments, surveys, leases, diligence reports, searches, and closing documents. Prepares corporate resolutions, consents, title memoranda, checklists, and miscellaneous transaction materials. Coordinates documents across multi-state and multi-asset deals, tracks closing timelines, reviews estoppels and SNDAs, and manages post-closing requirements and recorded documents.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for business services, law student, and lateral attorney searches. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, candidate and hiring-manager communication, market research, salary benchmarking, recruiting process improvement, and maintaining records in Workday and Flo Recruit. The role requires compliant selection practices, strong stakeholder relationships, discretion, and occasional travel to law schools, conferences, and firm offices.

Associate to advise on complex financing transactions including securitizations, asset-based finance, and structured finance. Structure and negotiate bespoke deals with banks, investors, and issuers. Requires New York Bar admission and several years of law firm experience. Member of the Finance & Restructuring team in New York, full-time permanent role.

Advise public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits matters including M&A, equity and equity-based plans, bonus plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation. Collaborate with corporate, bankruptcy, employment law, and tax teams. Prior law firm experience in these practice areas and New York Bar admission required; experience with qualified retirement, health, and welfare plans is a plus.

Provide 24x7 support for client-facing systems with focus on data quality, reliability, and integrations. Design and build Intapp Integrate integrations, develop SQL for extraction/reconciliation, script automation (PowerShell/Python/C#), deploy and maintain applications, perform testing, monitoring, performance tuning, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to meet business requirements and ensure secure, scalable data workflows.
