Associate to advise on complex financing transactions including securitizations, asset-based finance, and structured finance. Structure and negotiate bespoke deals with banks, investors, and issuers. Requires New York Bar admission and several years of law firm experience. Member of the Finance & Restructuring team in New York, full-time permanent role.

Provide technology transaction counsel including drafting and negotiating software, licensing, development, services, manufacturing, supply, distribution, and media agreements; apply strong IP law knowledge; assist on M&A and equity financings and IP due diligence. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Advise public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits matters including M&A, equity and equity-based plans, bonus plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation. Collaborate with corporate, bankruptcy, employment law, and tax teams. Prior law firm experience in these practice areas and New York Bar admission required; experience with qualified retirement, health, and welfare plans is a plus.

Provide HR administrative support including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, benefits and HRIS administration, invoice and expense coordination, employee communications, and general People team support. Maintain personnel records, assist with open enrollment and employee evaluations, coordinate with IT and facilities, and support recruitment and HR projects while handling confidential information.

Law firm associate role advising on derivatives and structured products. Requires 3–5 years handling derivatives/structured products trading documentation, complex OTC derivatives, structured financing and leverage arrangements, and related regulatory matters. Position based in New York within the Finance & Restructuring team; applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Provide technical and functional support for Aderant financial systems and related applications. Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, ensure data integrity, develop and run ad hoc SQL queries, produce SSRS and Power BI reports/dashboards, and support users and integrations to enable accurate financial reporting and cost recovery.

Provide business immigration counsel handling H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, E-2 petitions, I-140s (EB-1, EB-2/3) and adjustment of status. Lead client teams, manage extensive client contact, and assist with PERM drafting where needed. Hybrid role based in New York (office at least three days/week).

Work on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Lead transactions, draft definitive agreements, and manage all deal aspects from negotiation through closing. Requires big-law experience and admission to the New York Bar.

Manage firm billing for assigned attorneys: review time entries, prepare and process client invoices, monitor WIP and proformas, resolve billing issues, respond to billing inquiries, support billing team and overseas offices, and help optimize client billing and collection processes.

Provide legal compliance, procedural guidance, and operational oversight across U.S. departments. Oversee court and agency filings, manage e-filing operations and vendor relationships, supervise support staff, support onboarding and process improvements, manage pro hac vice admissions, and advise attorneys on procedural strategy and docketing across jurisdictions.

Provide 24x7 support for client-facing systems with focus on data quality, reliability, and integrations. Design and build Intapp Integrate integrations, develop SQL for extraction/reconciliation, script automation (PowerShell/Python/C#), deploy and maintain applications, perform testing, monitoring, performance tuning, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to meet business requirements and ensure secure, scalable data workflows.
