Support deal execution for platform and add-on acquisitions: evaluate opportunities, perform market research and diligence, build financial models and forecasts, prepare investment materials (IOIs, LOIs, memos), manage diligence workstreams and data rooms, coordinate advisors and stakeholders, and support negotiation, financing, closing, and post-close handoffs.

Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple engineering companies. Partner with hiring managers to build search strategies, manage candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and help establish training and development and scalable recruiting processes across an acquisitive platform.

Identify and engage potential acquisition targets through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), qualify opportunities via discovery calls, schedule meetings with internal stakeholders, refine sourcing strategies, track pipeline and report on outreach effectiveness to help drive the firms deal pipeline.

Lead operational scaling and acquisition integration for a platform, implement systems and reporting (ERP), partner with owners on day-to-day execution, and drive performance management to grow EBITDA and enable M&A-driven expansion.
