Responsibilities include building HubSpot CRM architectures, attribution and revenue reporting, inbound and outbound pipeline systems, integrations, automations, AI-enabled workflows, and standardized GTM playbooks. Partner with hiring managers to build search strategies, manage candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and help establish training and development and scalable recruiting processes across an acquisitive platform.

Lead operational scaling and acquisition integration for a platform, implement systems and reporting (ERP), partner with owners on day-to-day execution, and drive performance management to grow EBITDA and enable M&A-driven expansion.
