Own the full commercial contracting lifecycle and broader legal operations. Draft, review, and negotiate services, licensing, privacy, and tech agreements; lead deal design with Sales and partners; assess contract risk and recommend mitigations; build templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes; maintain contract calendars and support internal training. Partner with senior leadership, Channel & Alliances, and external counsel on complex transactions and compliance.

Lead FP&A as the first dedicated hire: manage annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting; build driver-based models, partner with department leaders, prepare board/investor materials, support month-end close, and create scalable processes using AI and automation.
