The role requires expertise in B2B dealer or distributor sales, construction equipment operations, compressed air markets, financial performance metrics, and strategic sales programs. Travel is 50–75% domestically and internationally.

Lead global product strategy and lifecycle for oil-flooded compressor portfolio. Drive VoC research, NPI, pricing, launches, aftermarket growth, S&OP alignment, VAVE cost optimization, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and financial performance tracking to grow revenue and margins.
