The Senior Data Science and Analytics Specialist will conduct data and geospatial analysis, develop visualizations, and support various projects. Responsibilities include data procurement, interactive dashboards, and leading projects for clients.

Lead design and continuous improvement of HR&A’s proposal and marketing ecosystem. Manage proposal systems, AI and knowledge tools, libraries and templates, serve as hands-on proposal manager for select pursuits, track performance metrics, and drive firmwide adoption of best practices to increase efficiency and win rates.
