Translates complex human rights topics into accessible, compelling materials across emails, impact updates, explainers, talking points, and funding menus. Collaborates with development, marketing, creative, program, media, and executive stakeholders; manages multiple deadline-driven projects and urgent communications. Requires strong writing, editing, project management, audience adaptation, and familiarity with international human rights or related work.

Provides administrative and programmatic support to the Children’s Rights Division, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, communications, document editing and publication, financial tracking, research, events, and intern recruitment. Maintains collaboration across global offices and external partners while supporting human rights advocacy activities. Requires strong organization, communication in English and French, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and at least one year of relevant experience.
