Own the US solutions marketing narrative for an AI-powered insurance SaaS platform. Responsibilities include developing positioning, validating messaging with customers, adapting global narratives, enabling and certifying sellers, building proof points and case studies, shaping event content, supporting strategic deals, and translating customer and field insights into actionable marketing decisions.

Own the technical sales motion for complex insurance software opportunities, including discovery, demos, proofs of value, RFPs, RFIs, and technical evaluations. Advise actuaries, underwriters, IT leaders, and executives; build Python-based workflows and prototypes; explain technical solutions to diverse stakeholders; and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires extensive Python coding, actuarial, underwriting, or technical broking experience, plus customer-facing exposure in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

Drive technical pre-sales for hx by designing integration architectures, running discovery workshops, leading technical evaluations (RFP/RFI), building POVs/POCs, and partnering with Sales and Product Engineering to secure and scale enterprise customers.
