The Project Cost Controller will oversee financial reconciliation and project cost accounting for FEMA projects, ensuring compliance and optimal resource allocation.

Support FEMA public assistance and hazard mitigation grants through budget tracking, expenditure review, drawdown support, audit-ready file maintenance, invoice review, compliance monitoring, data entry, and stakeholder communication while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Provide child-welfare recommendations for unaccompanied children in ORR custody, reviewing case information, meeting with children and care providers, making release and placement recommendations, coordinating with federal and local stakeholders, generating reports and identifying trends to support safe, timely releases and appropriate post-release services.
