Lead transit planning projects including fixed‑route and demand‑responsive planning, network and corridor analyses, GTFS data development/validation, service concept and implementation strategies, equity and ridership analysis, stakeholder outreach, and project management (schedules/budgets).

Apply advanced analytics and ML to climate risk and resilience projects: process large geospatial and climate datasets using Python and Pangeo tools, build scalable cloud workflows, design and validate statistical and ML models, produce climate risk tools and client-facing reports, and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering reproducible solutions.

Provide project-level financial control for FEMA and federal grant-funded utility infrastructure projects: track costs, reconcile accounts, process contractor invoices, prepare monthly progress reports and audit responses, ensure compliance with federal and contract requirements, and support project accounting systems and stakeholder communications.
