Imagination Benefits Overview

Manages client accounts and project delivery across creative, production, experiential, digital, social, events, and communications programs. Acts as the primary client contact, develops briefs, oversees schedules, budgets, revenue, change orders, and deliverables, and leads account managers and coordinators. Builds client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, coordinates cross-functional teams and suppliers, ensures quality and process compliance, and supports project debriefs and case studies. Requires international travel of up to two weeks at a time.

Leads client relationships and integrated experiential marketing programs, coordinating strategy, creative, digital, production, budgets, timelines, vendors, risks, and cross-functional teams. The role manages multiple workstreams, develops proposals, supports new business, mentors junior staff, and ensures projects meet client objectives, quality standards, profitability, and deadlines. Occasional weekend and holiday work and international travel are required.
