Manage the full lifecycle of meeting and event bookings, including lead response, sales, site tours, logistics, room setups, vendor coordination, day-of service, client follow-up, reporting, and revenue tracking. Maintain amenity spaces, inventory, budgets, marketing collateral, booking systems, safety standards, and customer sentiment programs. The role also supports AV troubleshooting, facilities issue escalation, leasing collaboration, and consistent hospitality standards.
