Serves as the primary contact for client inquiries through phone, email, and Zendesk. Resolves routine issues, manages support tickets within SLAs, communicates order and search updates, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, maintains accurate records, and escalates complex concerns. The role supports consistent service delivery, client satisfaction, data integrity, and continuous operational improvement.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise client accounts as primary owner to drive retention, renewals, and revenue expansion. Build account strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, monitor account health using data, partner with CSMs and internal teams, and ensure accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
