Lead product vision and execution for InfoTrack, consolidating multiple product lines into a unified, scalable legal-tech platform. Drive large commercial product launches, AI-first innovation, UX modernization, and market expansion while partnering with engineering, security, compliance, and P&L owners. Represent product externally and ensure disciplined, outcome-driven product management.

Design and produce marketing visuals and video across digital, social, web, email, print, and trade show formats. Maintain and extend brand systems, create performance-driven ad variants, build sales enablement assets, implement responsive landing pages in HubSpot, and manage high-volume briefs using AI tools where appropriate. Ensure accessibility, platform specs, and clean file organization.

Lead and execute InfoTrack's digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels to drive pipeline. Manage campaign setup, targeting, attribution, website performance, landing pages, CRO, SEO, and marketing automation. Partner cross-functionally with content, product, partners, and operations to optimize audience segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle workflows, and reporting to improve lead quality and revenue contribution.

Design and scale C#/.NET backend microservices for AI-powered document extraction, e-filing, and workflow automation. Integrate LLM and OCR tools, improve observability and performance, collaborate with product and partners, and ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and process improvements.

Lead and unify multi-product engineering into a single scalable, secure platform. Drive platform, infrastructure, security, AI/ML integration, re-platforming, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and organizational scaling while partnering with executive stakeholders to accelerate delivery and reliability.

Develop and maintain InfoTrack's cloud-based web applications. Build backend services, integrate with third-party SOAP/REST APIs, implement features, write high-quality code, collaborate in Agile teams, and support automated testing and full-stack development.

Provide remote, Pacific Time client support for One Legal users: resolve inquiries via phone and written communication, maintain Salesforce records, guide clients through the platform, advocate for product improvements, meet KPIs, assist onboarding, and contribute to operational improvements and de-escalation.
