Manages daily office operations while providing high-level support to the CEO. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, communications, meetings, vendors, office supplies, facilities, onboarding, events, expenses, records, executive hospitality, and special projects. The role also supports board and leadership meetings, handles confidential information, and tracks follow-up actions in a hybrid New York City office environment.

Provides hands-on internal IT and helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues. Administers Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows Server, networks, phone systems, and security tools. Manages equipment inventory and employee onboarding, supports automated workflows, contributes to infrastructure projects, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. The role is hybrid in New York City, requiring at least three office days per week.

Lead product vision and execution for InfoTrack, consolidating multiple product lines into a unified, scalable legal-tech platform. Drive large commercial product launches, AI-first innovation, UX modernization, and market expansion while partnering with engineering, security, compliance, and P&L owners. Represent product externally and ensure disciplined, outcome-driven product management.

Design and scale C#/.NET backend microservices for AI-powered document extraction, e-filing, and workflow automation. Integrate LLM and OCR tools, improve observability and performance, collaborate with product and partners, and ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and process improvements.

Develop and maintain InfoTrack's cloud-based web applications. Build backend services, integrate with third-party SOAP/REST APIs, implement features, write high-quality code, collaborate in Agile teams, and support automated testing and full-stack development.

Lead and unify multi-product engineering into a single scalable, secure platform. Drive platform, infrastructure, security, AI/ML integration, re-platforming, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and organizational scaling while partnering with executive stakeholders to accelerate delivery and reliability.

Develop and maintain InfoTrack's cloud-based web solution: build backend C#/.NET services, integrate third-party SOAP/REST APIs, design databases, implement full-stack features (React/JS), follow microservices patterns, write tests, collaborate in Agile teams, and recommend product and usability improvements.
