Leads commercial enablement strategy, learning programs, manager coaching, and behavior-change initiatives across Customer Growth. Owns Gong revenue intelligence operations, including governance, adoption, workflows, scorecards, AI-supported coaching, and value realization. Partners with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and IT to connect customer intelligence, learning, technology adoption, and commercial outcomes. Establishes reporting and continuous-improvement practices tied to seller behavior, coaching effectiveness, pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.

Manages digital promotion strategy and execution for assigned CPG clients. Builds client relationships, develops data-driven recommendations, monitors campaign performance, delivers post-campaign analysis, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports renewals and expansion opportunities, and maintains Salesforce, proposal, billing, and reporting information.

Own client relationships and lead cross-functional media campaign delivery across paid social, retail media, influencer, and loyalty channels. Translate client objectives into media strategies, oversee campaign planning and execution, present performance insights, manage workflows, resolve issues, and identify renewal and account-growth opportunities. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, project coordination, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence internal teams without direct authority.

Leads the design, implementation, and support of complex internal, external, hosted, and cloud network infrastructure. Manages WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, monitoring tools, remote access solutions, and network efficiency initiatives. Participates in security audits and resolves network vulnerabilities. Requires advanced networking experience with Cisco hardware, VMware, F5, InfoBlox, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto firewalls, and related technologies.

Leads the Client Strategy team in developing client-facing proposals, strategic narratives, campaign recommendations, and executive presentations for CPG clients. Oversees team development, workload allocation, strategic quality, presales support, shopper and retail media strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. Translates client objectives, data, and insights into differentiated, measurable, and operationally achievable recommendations that support revenue growth and client engagement.

Supports retail media campaigns for CPG clients across planning, activation, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign insights. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, client communications, and cross-functional handoffs while monitoring performance metrics such as ROAS, attribution, sales impact, and incrementality. Assists with media recommendations, reporting, presentations, and identifying retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities. The role builds client success, retail media, analytical, and strategic expertise with increasing ownership over time.
