Lead and support full‑accrual month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting. Clean up general ledger activity, assist with cash flow, disclosures, budgeting and annual planning. Communicate with clients and auditors, improve processes and internal controls, help implement accounting systems, and supervise staff as needed.

Lead and build a Transaction Advisory team supporting M&A transactions and financial due diligence. Perform quality-of-earnings, working capital, net debt, and technical accounting analyses; prepare diligence reports; manage data room activities; advise on purchase accounting and post-close integration; collaborate with Audit, Tax, and Advisory teams; and maintain client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.

Lead firmwide marketing and growth strategy, align marketing and sales to revenue goals, own brand and digital presence, manage HubSpot CRM and marketing operations, build marketing and sales enablement, oversee proposals and demand generation, and develop a high-performing marketing team to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI.
