The Solutions Engineer leads technical discovery, pre-sales presentations, solution reviews, and tailored proofs of concept. The role serves as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, manages RFPs and customer security questions, collaborates with Product and Engineering, communicates customer feedback, and helps improve Solutions Engineering processes. Occasional travel and hybrid office attendance are required.

Lead technical discovery, solution reviews, value presentations, and tailored proof-of-concepts throughout the sales cycle. Serve as the technical resource for RFPs and customer security questions, translate business challenges into AI solutions, and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Engineering to influence product direction. Build customer trust, support lasting customer success, and improve Solutions Engineering processes and playbooks. Portuguese and Spanish fluency and occasional travel are required.

The Account Executive will drive new business growth in the LATAM region by managing the sales cycle, maintaining a sales pipeline, providing product demos, and addressing customer needs while meeting revenue goals.

Manage and grow Mid-Market relationships across LATAM, drive expansion and upsell, forecast revenue, deliver tailored demos, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teammates, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at events while ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
