Coordinates compliance for a J-1 Summer Work Travel program by maintaining SEVIS records, issuing DS-2019 forms, reviewing participant applications, and supporting participants. Vets and trains international cooperating agents, tracks contracts, fees, allocations, and performance, and maintains regulatory documentation. The role also responds to Department of State requests, manages incident reports, and collaborates with IT, marketing, regulators, and international partners.

Leads daily accounting operations, supervises a small finance team, oversees controls, compliance, payroll, reconciliations, audits, reporting, budgeting, and cash forecasting. Serves as a core member of the QuickBooks-to-NetSuite ERP implementation and owns NetSuite accounting processes after launch. Provides executive-ready financial insights to the CFO, CEO, Board, and program leadership while managing external auditors, filings, risk policies, and financial systems.
