Develop and execute North America e-retail and digital marketing strategies across Amazon, TikTok Shop and retailer sites to drive awareness, acquisition, conversion and sales. Lead campaign planning, product launch execution, content and merchandising optimization, retail media and sampling programs. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, E‑commerce, Creative and agencies; analyze performance and deliver recommendations to optimize investments and grow market share.

Provide sales reporting, analysis and forecasting across platforms; maintain weekly/monthly selling and stock reports; manage BI reporting and corporate communications; support forecasts, promotional inventory processing, EDI order review, collateral budget, and communication with field sales and operations.
