Manages all quality-related functions for heavy civil construction projects. Develops and implements quality plans, procedures, audit checklists, and compliance reports; reviews project submittals; conducts inspections, testing, audits, and supplier or subcontractor surveillance; identifies nonconformances and recommends corrective actions; coordinates special inspections; and supports training and quality assurance throughout project design, procurement, and installation.

The Project Engineer supports heavy construction projects from design through completion under Project Manager supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, shop drawings, submittals, quality, change orders, cost control, forecasting, pay estimates, closeout, and client handover. The role also interprets engineering drawings, supports safety compliance, manages project records, and mentors junior team members.

Leads quality control for heavy civil construction projects, developing quality programs and work plans, reviewing submittals, managing document control, coordinating inspections and testing, auditing subcontractors and suppliers, tracking certifications and equipment calibration, delivering training, addressing nonconformance, and preparing daily quality reports. The role works across office and field environments with project teams, supervisors, craftspeople, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with owner and company requirements.

Plans and coordinates municipal mechanical construction projects from design through completion. Responsibilities include developing work plans, scheduling subcontractors and facility staff, managing materials and contracts, monitoring costs, forecasting revenue, processing change orders and RFIs, maintaining compliance, and coordinating daily activities with project stakeholders.
