The Customer Solutions Engineer leads the technical sales process, delivers product demonstrations, and translates client needs into solutions. They work closely with sales and product teams and engage with enterprise-level clients to drive adoption and growth of ITRS products.

Generate qualified sales opportunities in financial services via outbound prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email). Research and qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, maintain pipeline in Salesforce and Apollo, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and support account strategies.
