Manage and expand relationships with strategic enterprise customers by serving as a trusted advisor, supporting solution adoption, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop digital transformation roadmaps, value propositions, and business cases for additional procurement software modules. Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, implementation partners, and customer stakeholders to increase solution ROI and achieve annual software subscription targets.

Advises prospective and existing customers on Ivalua implementation strategies, project scoping, estimation, service delivery models, and value realization. Partners with Sales, Professional Services, Alliances, and delivery partners to create statements of work, define governance, mitigate risks, and improve contracting processes. Develops services methodologies, pricing frameworks, scoping tools, and partner enablement playbooks while supporting revenue growth and customer outcomes across the AMER region.

Manage Ivalua's most strategic AMER partners to scale regional sales and delivery. Strengthen partner strategy, recruit and build long-term relationships, support go-to-market and business development, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams. Role requires travel (~30%) and collaboration with senior leadership.
