Entry-level HR Generalist providing full-cycle HR support for locations in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Duties include talent acquisition, employee relations and investigations, HRIS recordkeeping, performance management, benefits and payroll administration, wage and labor compliance, workers' compensation and safety, reporting, and HR projects. Acts as primary HR contact and advises managers on HR matters.

Administer day-to-day payroll for hourly and salaried employees, maintain payroll data, process transactions, resolve routine payroll inquiries, perform audits and reconciliations, support tax and year-end activities, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

Oversee payroll and wage-hour compliance (primarily California), perform audits and analytics, partner with HRIS/Payroll/Legal/IT, lead remediation, support litigation prevention, and maintain payroll governance for a large non-exempt field workforce.

The HCM/HRIS Specialist I is responsible for supporting HCM systems, maintaining data integrity, reporting, and collaborating with various departments to enhance HRIS operations.
