Lead and monitor youth (13-21) workshops, prepare lesson plans and activities, enforce program quality and safety, track attendance and outcomes in databases, support recruitment/retention, collaborate with staff, and perform administrative duties to meet contractual and grant obligations.

Provide individual and group outreach to residents to plan and implement a community safety initiative. Lead workshops, maintain stakeholder engagement (25 core members), document attendance and case notes, collect data on referrals and outcomes, identify community partners, and support community safety events.

Lead resident engagement at an assigned NYCHA development: recruit and manage resident teams, design and implement engagement plans, facilitate meetings and public events, build referral and mutual-aid networks, coordinate place-keeping projects, track activities and reporting, manage stipends and administrative tasks, and partner with city agencies and community stakeholders to advance resident-driven safety and quality-of-life initiatives.

Part-time coordinator runs outreach and engagement in Western Queens: plans and staffs events, builds community partnerships, recruits and supports volunteers, maintains records, and communicates program information to diverse communities.

Monitor and support SYEP participants by conducting weekly worksite visits, collecting timesheets/evaluations, resolving issues with supervisors, recruiting participants, and delivering project-based learning sessions. Maintain accurate participant records, comply with DOH/OCFS training requirements, and participate in professional development.

Lead and supervise K-6 afterschool participants, write lesson plans, facilitate educational/artistic/recreational activities, track attendance and documentation, ensure child safety, prepare learning environment, evaluate student growth, collaborate with team, and comply with DOH/OCFS standards.

Provide supervised pro se immigration assistance: schedule intakes, conduct legal screenings, prepare and file immigration applications, assist clients with documentation, translate English/Spanish, maintain case data in LawLogix, coordinate clinics and outreach, submit reports to funders, and refer cases needing full representation.
