Field-based consultant responsible for helping wealth advisors identify and execute growth opportunities. Builds trusted advisor and branch relationships, reviews books, develops actionable growth plans, executes initiatives, coordinates firm specialists, and drives follow-through and measurable outcomes. Partners with Revenue Operations and regional leaders while using Salesforce, opportunity reports, and analytics to target high-potential advisors and branches.

Works with Financial Advisor teams to develop financial plans, provide investment analysis and advice, execute investment strategies, and manage client relationships. Identifies investment, lending, retirement, estate planning, and education funding needs; coordinates solutions; supports client meetings; ensures regulatory compliance; and helps strengthen existing and new relationships.

Leads Janney’s expansion across West Coast or Southwest markets by establishing new offices, recruiting and developing financial advisors and branch leaders, driving advisor productivity and organic growth, and building an entrepreneurial culture. The role manages regional strategy, budgeting, resources, performance, profitability, risk management, and regulatory oversight while partnering with executive and corporate teams. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
