Lead business development for Northeast fire protection consulting services, driving proposals, orders and sub-regional sales for Fire & Building Safety, Industrial & Process Safety, and design services. Collaborate with operations to identify opportunities, manage proposals, track sales performance, develop BD strategy, and represent the firm at marketing events and client meetings. Hybrid role with occasional travel (up to 20%).

Identify and develop new sales opportunities, manage client communication and relationships, prepare proposals, support pipeline movement and closing, maintain sales data, and upsell services to meet growth targets.

Perform PRA/PSA modeling and analyses (internal events, fire, seismic, external hazards), support risk-informed licensing and regulatory work, apply online risk tools and HRA, advise on advanced nuclear risk initiatives, communicate findings to stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and support business development.

Manage tax and international compliance including statutory audits, VAT, sales/use tax, corporate income tax and transfer pricing. Oversee lease accounting for global portfolio, coordinate payments and notices, partner with external advisors, and lead a small team while improving processes and cross-functional controls.
