Embed on a core business team to define problems, build metrics/reports, run analyses and experiments, and drive data-informed recommendations end-to-end to improve growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships.

Own Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok: build community playbooks, grow subreddits, scale authentic content (using AI where helpful), collaborate with Growth and Content, and measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven growth: design and analyze A/B tests, leverage machine learning for insights, define acquisition and partnership levers, and automate processes to improve operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end performance creative: ideate, script, produce, edit, and iterate ads across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels. Translate performance data into creative direction, manage agencies and production partners, and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows while elevating visual quality and brand.

Lead consolidation and strategic direction of Jerry.ai's AI platform, unifying prompt assets, prioritizing chatbot technical work, managing vendor relationships (e.g., OpenAI), and coordinating engineering, data, and operations to deliver scalable, production-grade agentic AI products and platform architecture.

Partner with marketing, product, and biz-dev to drive data-driven growth. Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, define acquisition and partnership levers, leverage machine learning for insights, and automate operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Own and improve the end-to-end customer sign-up and purchase funnel: conduct walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, prioritize bugs, run A/B tests, lead scoped product launches, and collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics to accelerate growth.
