Monitor customer network infrastructure, respond to alarms, manage trouble tickets, perform initial connectivity troubleshooting, and escalate complex incidents. Communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain knowledge-base documentation, improve SOPs, mentor junior analysts, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires networking fundamentals, technical support experience, familiarity with monitoring and ticketing systems, strong communication, and careful adherence to procedures.

Designs and evaluates large-scale, multi-vendor fiber access networks using advanced PON technologies. Architects integration with routing, IP/MPLS, and optical transport systems; leads OLT and ONT platform evaluations; reviews high-level designs and migration strategies; provides complex troubleshooting and client advisory support; and mentors junior network engineers. The role also develops client-facing engineering deliverables and supports technical engagements, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.

Reviews client tax and revenue data, prepares and files state and local tax returns, reconciles ledgers, prepares workpapers, processes payments, and supports renewal applications and exemption certifications. Communicates with clients and agencies throughout the tax process while maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant filings.

Prepares, reviews, and submits telecommunications regulatory compliance filings to the FCC, state public utility commissions, and other agencies. Coordinates with telecom clients to collect reporting information, analyzes financial and operational data, ensures accurate and timely submissions, and monitors regulatory changes. The role requires strong accounting, telecommunications compliance, utility regulation, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.

Consult with broadband and telecom clients to analyze business processes, recommend improvements, lead cross-functional projects, develop presentations and workshops, and manage client relationships while supporting up to 20% travel.
