Develops creative visions, experiential concepts, visitor narratives, visual direction, and presentation materials across cultural and brand projects. The role collaborates with project teams, works from concept through execution, and provides hands-on art direction to junior creatives and contractors across film, animation, interactive media, and experiential design. Responsibilities include interpreting briefs, creating treatments and moodboards, mapping visitor journeys, briefing artists, maintaining creative standards, and supporting project reviews and new business.

Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, managing client relationships, creative direction, project quality, budgets, schedules, documentation, vendors, and consultants. Mentor and evaluate junior designers, lead work sessions and presentations, identify delivery risks, support recruiting and onboarding, and contribute to client retention and account growth. The role requires strong leadership, communication, architectural or interior design expertise, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
